It features a foam heart stitched on the chest along with 2 foam pins and it has decorative stitching along the arms and legs. This costume comes with a large full head mask, it's stuffed for shape and has massive button eyes with an attached foam pin. The mask features large detail stitching and smaller stitching on the front to form a mouth.
