The essential onboard accessory for mixing of your Power bridge and magnetic pickups: this Fishman-designed piezo volume control works in conjunction with the exclusive 'Smart Switch' circuit, which automatically splits your piezo and magnetic signals to stereo or mixes them to mono. Requires 9-Volt battery installation. Battery box also available from Fishman. Professional installation is recommended. The Power chip is a miniature onboard Piezo/Magnetic pickup mixing preamp, dedicated to the Fishman Power bridge system. The preamp, mounted to the underside of a volume pot, allows guitarists to combine or split Piezo and Magnetic pickups without any additional outboard signal routing electronics. The Power chip features an independent Piezo volume control, and internal "set it and forget it " Phase and Piezo Trim controls. A "smart " electronic switch in the Power chip circuit automatically routes Piezo and Magnetic pickup signals to either stereo or mono signal paths.
