Milu is a fictional dog created in 1929, a hard-haired Grand Fox terrier, a companion of Tintin in the comic series that bears the same name as the protagonist, and whose original name (Milou) is due to the first girlfriend of the author Hergé at the age of 18 (Marie-Louise Van Cutsem, affectionately named Milou).
