Our chocolate covered blueberries are crafted in revolving kettles which coat individual dried fruit center with the finest chocolate. This final layer of chocolate is called “panned”, this is where a blue hue is added and we craft a decadent chocolate fruit candy morsel. Bring a taste of Maine to your door like so many others!
